CO-PAY RELIEF PROGRAM

The Co-Pay Relief Program (CPR) provides direct financial support in the form of grants to insured patients, including Medicare Part D beneficiaries who are financially and medically qualified, for their pharmaceutical treatments and/or prescription medication co-payments, co-insurance deductibles relative to their diagnosis. This program is completely donor funded and is limited to specific disease categories.

This independent division of PAF provides small grants to patients who meet financial and medical criteria. Grants are provided on first-come first served basis and are distributed until funds are depleted. Qualifications and processes for each fund may differ based on fund requirements.
